If you\u2019re using the free version of Elementor and lose access to your Elementor account, you need to disconnect your website(s) from your old account and reconnect it to a new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re an Elementor Pro user and lose access to your account, contact support<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disconnect your Elementor account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. In the browser\u2019s address bar, enter your website\u2019s URL and add the following: \/wp-admin\/admin.php?page=elementor-connect<\/strong>

    For example: www.mysite.com\/wp-admin\/admin.php?page=elementor-connect<\/strong>

  2. Under Library<\/strong>, click Disconnect<\/strong>.

    Connect a new Elementor account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Under System > License<\/strong>, click Switch Account<\/strong>.\"switch
      Now you need to connect to a new account.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. From the connection page, click Switch User<\/strong>.\"activate
      Switch users to create your new account.<\/figcaption><\/figure>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. From the Sign in to Elementor page, click Create an Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter a valid email address and password and click Create account<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can use your Google account by selecting Continue with Google<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. You can now switch to your new account by clicking Connect<\/strong> & Activate<\/strong>.
