This section of the Elementor Form widget lets you add and manage each of the form fields that will be included in the form. In addition to adding your content manually, many of the options also use Dynamic Tags<\/a>. These tags allow you to retrieve WordPress data, or from plugin sources such as Advanced Custom Fields, or WooCommerce products. Items that have the ability to use dynamic data will have the \u201cstack\u201d icon beside the fields input.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Form Name<\/strong> – Name the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Form Fields<\/strong> – A list of the fields in your form. You can duplicate, add or delete fields as you please. You can drag and drop to change their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on a field to view its settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Type<\/b> – Choose the type of field you want<\/li>
  2. Label <\/strong>– The name of the field, displayed on the form and on the email you receive from the user.<\/li>
  3. Placeholder <\/strong>– The frontend display name of the field.<\/li>
  4. Required <\/strong>– Switch it on to set the field as a Required field.<\/li>
  5. Column Width<\/strong> – Lets you set the width of the field. If you want a form with two fields in one row – set each field to 50%.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Types of Fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Text <\/strong>– A simple text field. i.e. Name<\/li>
    2. Email <\/strong>– An email type. Includes validation for email<\/li>
    3. Text Area<\/strong> – A textarea type. You can set the number of rows<\/li>
    4. URL <\/strong>– A website URL field<\/li>
    5. Tel <\/strong>– A telephone number type<\/li>
    6. Radio<\/strong> –  A radio type. Single choice. You can slide the Inline List for a horizontal style. Click for more options<\/a><\/li>
    7. Select <\/strong>– A select type. Dropdown list of options. Can set to multiple selection. Click for more options<\/a><\/li>
    8. Checkbox <\/strong>– A checkbox type. Check one or more options. You can slide the Inline List for a horizontal style. Click for more options<\/a><\/li>
    9. Acceptance <\/strong>– Add a terms checkbox for the user to accept<\/li>
    10. Number <\/strong>– A number type<\/li>
    11. Date <\/strong>– Add a date picker field<\/li>
    12. Time <\/strong>– Add a time picker field<\/li>
    13. File Upload<\/strong> – Allow your users to upload files<\/li>
    14. Password <\/strong>– Add a password field<\/li>
    15. HTML <\/strong>– Add an HTML field<\/li>
    16. Hidden <\/strong>– Add a hidden field. Hidden to the user, but visible to the Admin<\/li>
    17. reCAPTCHA <\/strong>– Add a reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA verifies the user is not a robot<\/li>
    18. Honeypot <\/strong>– Adds a Honeypot to your form. A honeypot is a hidden field designed as a decoy for spambots that are filling out forms. Humans won’t see the field, so they won’t fill it out. Because a bot cannot tell that the field is hidden, it will fill it out. If a honeypot field is not empty upon submission, the form is obviously a bot-filled spam submission and will be automatically rejected.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Input Size<\/strong> – Set the height of the fields. <\/li>
      2. Label <\/strong>– Show or hide the labels on the form.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
