Credit card refunds take approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure you specify which subscription you want to cancel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We recommend having the following prepared for smoother handling<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The email address associated with the account and your current contact email if it changed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The plan type (e.g., Essential, Advanced, Business, Scale, AI, Hosting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the subscription, the cardholder&#8217;s name, the purchase amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PayPal Transaction ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The invoice number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To cancel your subscription and get a refund:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elementor Builder users<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will no longer be able to update Elementor Pro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not longer be able to edit or add Elementor Pro widgets <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancel a subscription when you can&#8217;t access your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Refunds are not automatic. You must submit a refund request via the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Is an auto-renewal considered a new purchase under the 30\u2011day guarantee?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Auto-renewals are not considered new purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do you have a 30\u2011day money\u2011back guarantee?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, for eligible new purchases of Elementor Builder and Elementor Host only, within 30 days of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can I get a refund for Elementor AI?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Elementor AI is non-refundable because a free trial is offered before purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I know my refund went through?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued.
