If you try to exceed that number of installations you will receive an error message asking you to upgrade your plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For upgrading your plan, see <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/help\/can-i-upgrade-my-license-after-i-have-already-purchased-one\/\">Upgrade Your Subscription \u00bb Elementor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a staging site, see <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/help\/staging-site-license-activation\/\">What is considered a license activation?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other reasons why this could happen are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You uninstalled Elementor Pro from a website and then reinstalled it&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You changed the URL of a website built with Elementor Pro&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have already used your license on the maximum number of websites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, some of your activations may be counted twice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[callout type=&#8221;note&#8221;]Elementor Pro users can disconnect and reconnect licenses to five different domains. A notification appears on your My Elementor dashboard  when you have two or fewer activations remaining.[\/callout]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the solutions for different causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uninstalled Elementor Pro from a website and then reinstalled it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementor will see that as two separate activations.To correct this, you\u2019ll need to deactivate the website and then reactivate it. The site is now using one activation instead of two. To correct this, you need to deactivate Elementor Pro, as described above, on the old domain and activate it on the new domain.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[callout type=&#8221;note&#8221;]Deactivating a site will not affect the live site.[\/callout]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps for deactivating Elementor the old website and reactivating it on the new website. It is already discussed in the previous solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elementor Pro used on maximum number of sites<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may transfer your Elementor Pro subscription between sites, but there is a limit to the number of sites for which you can activate your subscription. If you have reached this limit, you need to upgrade your subscription.
