Using variables can help speed up your workflow and increase efficiency. The Variable Manager gives you greater control over your variables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access the Variable Manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you create a variable<\/a> it is added to the Variable Manager where you can edit or delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the variable manager<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the variable icon. For details, see Variables<\/a>.

  2. In the variables popup window, click the Variable Manager icon \"\".

    2. Click Create a variable<\/strong> if this is your first variable or the new variable icon – +<\/strong>.

    3. Choose whether you want to create a:

      1. Color<\/strong> variable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Font<\/strong> variable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Size<\/strong> variable
        A default variable will be created.

      4. Set a value for the variable.

        2. Hover over the variable you want to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click the ellipses.
