Elle vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur des produits et services accessibles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;applique l&rsquo;EAA ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;EAA s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de produits et services num\u00e9riques, notamment les ordinateurs, les smartphones, les services bancaires, les sites web de commerce \u00e9lectronique et les livres \u00e9lectroniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle concerne principalement les entreprises priv\u00e9es op\u00e9rant au sein de l&rsquo;UE.
