This November began with WordCamp US<\/a> where our team met hundreds of users and WP professionals, enjoyed the feedback, and learned so much from you, the community.\u00a0<\/p>

In November we had four exciting first meetups in Jakarta<\/a>, Kolkata<\/a>, Melbourne<\/a>, and Sydney<\/a>!\u00a0<\/p>

The community had the monthly meetups around the world: Bern<\/a>, Lagos<\/a>, Penang<\/a>, London<\/a>, Raleigh<\/a>, Munich<\/a>, Dusseldorf<\/a>, Netanya<\/a>, Madrid<\/a>, Gold Coast<\/a>, Valencia<\/a>, Surat<\/a>, and Kuala Lumpur<\/a>.<\/p>

We are extremely happy to see how supportive and productive the meetups are for the local communities. Meetups are a great opportunity to meet and collaborate with other Elementor users who share the same challenges and aspirations and to help each other grow as web creators.<\/p>

#1 Sydney Meetup - WCSYD 2019<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our Australian leaders rocked it on WordCamp Sydney, with three sessions during the WordCamp and the launch of the Sydney community<\/a> with George Yasbic and Carolina Ct\u00f6tterman as local leaders.<\/p>

\u201cI love running and organizing my local Gold Coast Meetup; however; I also try to support the Elementor community in other ways.In November, I flew to Sydney for WordCamp SYD 2019 to engage with the local community there. I was amazed by the number of people there that use or are looking to use Elementor, it was an excellent weekend.<\/p>

On Saturday, I presented a talk ‘Goodby Themes, Hello Elementor. My presentation was to show the attendees, how to extend their blogs with Custom Post Types, Custom Fields.<\/p>

On Sunday, I hosted an Elementor support session. I also sat on the page builder<\/a> panel to help answer questions about Elementor that came up. It was also great to meet our Sydney Meetup hosts too, I think George and his co-host Carolina are going to do a fantastic job.\u201d<\/p>

Melbourne, Australia<\/a><\/p>

The Melbourne community launched its first meetup, led by Lawrence Ladomery<\/b>.<\/p>

How was it to host the first meetup?\u00a0<\/p>

Lawrence: \u201cThere are three things I learnt from organising the first Elementor Meetup in Melbourne: Firstly, it was much easier than expected as people from the Elementor community helped… organically. That is, they offered a helping hand and moral support. Thanks Mick!<\/p>

Secondly, there is a LOT of interest in Elementor. I booked a room for 10 people and had a waiting list of 23. The Group is now 62-person strong and was offered a bigger venue for the Jan meeting. Thanks Aaron!<\/p>

The third thing I learnt, at the meeting itself, is that Elementor has had an extraordinary impact on the workflows or devs and designers, cutting down build times dramatically. This has a direct impact on their livelihood as well as work-life balance. I’m looking forward to learning more at the next event.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Another first meetup was launched in Jakarta, and the local community was super excited! Just take a look at the pictures \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

This what Clement Yonathan Darmadi<\/strong>, the local leader had to say:<\/p>

\u201cThere were 34 people coming to the meetup, they were so excited about the Elementor community, that we have already set the second meetup about \u201cSpeed Up Your Elementor Site\u201d. One of the magnets of the meetup was Ryan Kristo because he has a well known digital agency in Jakarta. He spoke about 5 best plugins for WordPress such as Yoast, Nitropack, AMP, etc. The attendees were happy with the swag.\u201c<\/p>

The local Elementor community was invited to host a meetup during the entrepreneur week in the city of Netanya, and once again, it was a meetup to learn from.\u00a0<\/p>

Menny Benady<\/strong>, meetup leader: \u201cOur last meetup for 2019, was like always, with great content and networking. This time we focused on 3 topics: a panel of web creator pro’s talking about the right work process one should consider when building a website with Elementor, a workshop that emphasizes the need for presentation and negotiation skills for web creators and SEO tips and tricks when using WP and Elelmentor. The subjects have been decided by our community members in a poll that we did in advance.\u201d<\/p>

Lee Marer attended the local meetup for the first time: \u201cExcellent meetup for Elementor! Whilst we’re only concerned with the development of our own platform, rather than servicing or engaging with clients, I found the meetup intriguing. Was it worth the drive? The capital city of Malaysia hosted its second meetup, led by Liew Cheon Fong<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Liew Cheon Fong: \u201cWe had a great discussion. I shared about what is Elementor, coming features of Elementor 2.8, and Elementor Black Friday sales. Our meetup speaker of the day was Danny Foo. He shared the basics of UI \/ UX and how to apply them using Elementor. (He loves the new color picker).
