Not because of the number of users but because of their behavior.<\/p><p>It\u2019s this behavior that has made Instagram a major influencer in its own right.<\/p><p>Over 60% of users log into Instagram daily, most of them to post stories. This makes it the second most engaged social network after Facebook.<\/p><p>You may recall that last week, we explained the significance of Google\u2019s decision to favor mobile versions of websites\/pages in search results, making mobile responsive design to more important than ever. Needless-to-say, Instagram, predominantly used on mobile and by adults, played a big part in this shift.<\/p><p>And we\u2019re only starting to get the picture.<br \/>Reach seems to not only be easier to obtain on Instagram than on Facebook, once obtained, but it is also more valuable.<\/p><p>Businesses that have realized this and have already begun marketing on Instagram claim that they get up to 37% of their total impressions from Instagram Stories.<\/p><p>Kinsta recently pointed out that \u201cabout 60% of Instagram users say they\u2019ve discovered new products through the app, while 72% of users say they have purchased a product they saw on the app.\u201d<\/p><p>Most of the businesses we\u2019re discussing are related to things that are visual to include web design, and\u2026, yes, like Elementor as well.<\/p><p>We\u2019ve been running our own experiments with Instagram stories. Of course, we\u2019ve been having a lot of fun in the process, but who said that you couldn\u2019t have fun to get results?<\/p><p>And, boy, did we get results.<\/p><p>Our Instagram account is currently at 18 thousand plus followers and rapidly growing.<\/p><p>Creating stickers like these allowed us to strengthen our brand identity further while expanding our creative assets. In fact, one of our stickers got over 25 million views!<\/p><p>But wouldn\u2019t it be better to share the knowledge of how to similar results? After all, isn\u2019t that what makes a community great?<\/p><p>We want to share how we used GIF stickers on Instagram to generate social impact so that you too can benefit from our knowledge and creative way so we<br \/>decided to create some unique Instagram<br \/>gift stickers that would be added to our<br \/>personal documentation of the event but<br \/>what our Instagram stickers well when<br \/>you share a photo or video to your<br \/>Instagram story Instagram lets you add<br \/>stickers to express yourself in creative<br \/>ways these stickers are superimposed<br \/>graphics that add elements of expression<br \/>to your stories adding fun excitement<br \/>and character this makes the stories<br \/>more interesting and engaging to viewers<br \/>which inevitably contributes to the<br \/>greater reach of your stories and you<br \/>can create these stickers yourself<br \/>because in this week&#8217;s master class<br \/>we&#8217;re going to show you how we do it<br \/>we&#8217;ll be covering our entire publishing<br \/>process which will include creating the<br \/>sticker uploading it to giffy and adding<br \/>the sticker to your Instagram story in<br \/>terms of things that you will need we<br \/>use an iPad and Apple pencil the<br \/>procreate app and an account on giffy<br \/>comm there are other ways to create<br \/>stickers but this is how we make them<br \/>first I&#8217;ll create our sticker for word<br \/>camp Europe it&#8217;s a really simple gift<br \/>there&#8217;s no limit on the level of<br \/>animation you can achieve with these<br \/>gifts now today we&#8217;ll be using the<br \/>Elementor logo the wordcamp europe or WC<br \/>EU logo and the @ sign or icon we&#8217;ll be<br \/>adding a link in the description of this<br \/>video to a procreate tutorial explaining<br \/>five ways to create some really cool<br \/>animations for stickers and you should<br \/>definitely check it out<br \/>open procreate by clicking on the<br \/>procreate icon tap the plus icon in the<br \/>top right hand corner to open a new file<br \/>and select a screen size to create this<br \/>gift will be using images from our image<br \/>gallery so we&#8217;ll tap on the tool icon<br \/>next to the word gallery and that opens<br \/>this menu here where we&#8217;ll tap the plus<br \/>sign then again on the insert a photo to<br \/>insert a photo from the iPad into this<br \/>procreate file select the photo you want<br \/>to use we&#8217;ll do this again to add the<br \/>second image I&#8217;d like to use to create<br \/>this gif now that I&#8217;ve done that we&#8217;ll<br \/>tap on the tool icon again but this time<br \/>we&#8217;ll select add text will add the @<br \/>symbol will tap the mouse icon in the<br \/>top menu bar<br \/>now the @ symbol is selected I have a<br \/>new menu on the bottom of the screen as<br \/>you can see we have this set to<br \/>uniformed and the blue magnet icon is<br \/>also selected so that when I move or<br \/>adjust the size of the @ symbol the size<br \/>changes in a uniform manner so it<br \/>doesn&#8217;t end up looking lopsided we&#8217;ll<br \/>eyeball the @ symbol to Center it with<br \/>the element or logo and the WCE logo but<br \/>before we continue let&#8217;s just understand<br \/>how a gif actually works a gif is an<br \/>acronym for graphics interchange format<br \/>but lately we use gifts as a way to<br \/>create short animations with multiple<br \/>images in this case we&#8217;re using multiple<br \/>layers imagine the layers being pages in<br \/>a book and flipping through those pages<br \/>quickly that&#8217;s what we&#8217;re doing in this<br \/>gif will tap the layers icon and swipe<br \/>the layer with the @ symbol to the right<br \/>which gives me the option to duplicate<br \/>we then tap hold and move one of the<br \/>identical at symbol layers in between<br \/>the elemental logo and the WC EU logo<br \/>and unselect the background color so<br \/>that the background is transparent which<br \/>is very important if you want to get<br \/>that cooled sticker effect on Instagram<br \/>now we have four layers one on top of<br \/>another and they&#8217;ll be flipped through<br \/>like the flip book we mentioned will tap<br \/>the tall icon again<br \/>then the share icon and at the bottom of<br \/>the menu will tap on animated gif the<br \/>frames per second<br \/>option allows you to choose how many<br \/>frames or layers you see per second this<br \/>controls the speed of your gif and we&#8217;ll<br \/>set our speed to two we&#8217;re happy with<br \/>the result<br \/>so we&#8217;ll tap on full resolution to<br \/>export our gift into our image library<br \/>the menu that pops up gives us our<br \/>export options and Elementor we work<br \/>with slack so we usually just send it to<br \/>our computer and then upload it to Givi<br \/>but in this case we&#8217;ll finish our gift<br \/>creation by saving it to our image<br \/>gallery to do that we&#8217;ll tap on save<br \/>image and wait export successful let&#8217;s<br \/>just check it out in our image gallery<br \/>by tapping on the home button on your<br \/>iPad and then on the photo gallery icon<br \/>and since it&#8217;s the last item we&#8217;ve<br \/>created it is the first thing we see our<br \/>very own custom made gif<br \/>okay so once we&#8217;ve created our gifts<br \/>we&#8217;ll go to our giffy account then we&#8217;ll<br \/>upload the gif and don&#8217;t forget to add<br \/>tags because your gif will actually be<br \/>available to all Instagram users and can<br \/>get a fair share of use one of our stick<br \/>has got over 25 million views the tanks<br \/>will be adding our Elementor WordPress<br \/>and WCE you and make sure that the<br \/>public option is turned on unless of<br \/>course you want to keep them a secret<br \/>for a while we&#8217;ll also need to select<br \/>the correct rating of course elements or<br \/>stickers all of them are g-rated for<br \/>great now I&#8217;m kidding but even if they<br \/>are great click upload to giffy and<br \/>we&#8217;re done once you&#8217;ve uploaded at least<br \/>a brand or artist account on giffy you<br \/>can read more about gifties requirements<br \/>for brand and artist accounts by<br \/>following the links that will attach in<br \/>the description below and in the article<br \/>that we post together with this video<br \/>now we wait<br \/>luckily we&#8217;ve heard back from goofy so<br \/>will Spain use the 1980s make up a<br \/>montage that we were going to use to<br \/>pass the time<br \/>once your brand or artist account is<br \/>approved make as many gifts as you want<br \/>and upload them keep in mind that you<br \/>will not see your gifts in the stickers<br \/>search immediately I know it&#8217;s annoying<br \/>because you want to see your art come to<br \/>life as soon as possible but you see<br \/>giffy reviews each and every gift to<br \/>make sure that they follow all their<br \/>guidelines and also look good<br \/>once giffy approves our gifts we&#8217;ll be<br \/>able to find them on Instagram and add<br \/>them to our stories like we did when we<br \/>place them on the images that we were<br \/>taking at WordCamp here are examples of<br \/>gifts we actually used now you know how<br \/>to create a gif and add it as a sticker<br \/>to Instagram creating your stickers this<br \/>way you get the added bonus of other<br \/>users using your sticker liking your new<br \/>post stickers which gets lots of views<br \/>in its own right we were really excited<br \/>to find others like Kellie akov who were<br \/>using our stickers on their own posts<br \/>and you can too in fact you can pick up<br \/>your phone right now take a photo of<br \/>anything and add it to your stories<br \/>then click the stickers button and<br \/>search for Elementor and feel free to<br \/>use whatever sticker you like our<br \/>Instagram
